Payment Security

Booking Hajj or Umrah is a big step for any family, and you should feel safe when you pay for it. At Al Noor Travel UK, we keep every payment simple, clear and secure. This page explains how you can pay, how we look after your money and your details, and what you will receive from us after each payment.

How we keep your payment safe

Your payment is protected at every step, from the first deposit to the final balance.

  • Secure website. Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). You will see a padlock next to our web address in your browser.
  • Secure card checks. Card payments are made through a 3D Secure payment link. Your bank may ask you to approve the payment in your banking app or with a one-time code.
  • Company account only. All payments go to the business account of Travixum Ltd, the company behind Al Noor Travel UK. We never ask you to pay into a personal account.
  • Written proof. Every payment is confirmed in writing, so you always have a record.

Ways you can pay

Choose the method that suits you best.

  • Debit card. Pay by phone or through a secure payment link.
  • Credit card. Paying by credit card may give you extra protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
  • Bank transfer. Send your payment straight to our company account. Please use your booking reference so we can match it quickly.

Before you make a bank transfer, please call us to check the account details. Your bank should show the account name as Travixum Ltd.

Low deposit and monthly instalments

You do not have to pay the full price on the day you book. A deposit of £30 per person secures your package, and you can pay the rest in monthly instalments. There is no interest, no admin fee and no charge if you choose to pay early.

We will tell you the full price, your payment dates and our booking terms before you pay anything. Nothing is added later.

Your booking is ATOL protected

Al Noor Travel UK is a trading name of Travixum Ltd, which holds ATOL licence 12192. ATOL is a UK scheme run by the Civil Aviation Authority. It protects your money when you book a package that includes flights.

When you pay for a flight-inclusive package, we send you an ATOL Certificate. This shows what is protected and who to contact if something goes wrong. Please note that ATOL does not cover land-only packages. You can check our licence on the Civil Aviation Authority website at any time.

What you receive after you pay

You will never be left wondering if your payment has arrived. After each payment, we send you:

  • A receipt showing the amount paid and the date.
  • An updated statement showing the balance left to pay.
  • Your ATOL Certificate, if your package includes flights.
  • Your booking confirmation with flight, hotel and transfer details.

If you do not receive a receipt within one working day, please contact us straight away.

How to protect yourself from fraud

Sadly, some people pretend to be travel agents to take money from pilgrims. These simple steps will help you stay safe.

  • Only pay using the details given by our team on our official phone number or email address.
  • Never send money to a personal bank account, even if the person says they work for us.
  • Do not share your full card details, PIN or one-time passcode by WhatsApp, text or social media.
  • Be careful with any message that says our bank details have changed. Call us first to check.
  • If a price looks too good to be true, speak to us before you pay.

How we look after your personal details

We only ask for the details we need to arrange your journey, such as your name, passport details and contact number. We do not sell your information to anyone. We only share it with the partners who help deliver your booking, such as airlines, hotels and visa services. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
