Our 5 star packages use hotels such as Al Shohada in Makkah, a few minutes on foot from Masjid al-Haram, so you can return to your room between prayers during the busiest nights of Ramadan. Ideal for elderly pilgrims and anyone travelling for the last 10 nights.

Last 10 Nights of Ramadan Umrah Packages

The 3rd Ashra packages above are designed for pilgrims who want to spend the last 10 nights of Ramadan in the Haramain. These nights hold Laylatul Qadr, which the Quran describes as better than a thousand months, and they are the time most UK pilgrims want to be in Makkah.

To be in Makkah for the full final ten nights in 2027, you would depart the UK around 26–27 February 2027. Demand for these dates is the highest of the year and hotel rooms within walking distance of the Haram sell out first, so these packages should be booked well before the end of 2026.

Ramadan 2027 Dates and Which Ashra to Choose

1st Ashra

The opening ten days are the best value and the least crowded. Taraweeh in the Haram is just as rewarding, hotels are easier to secure close to the mosque, and flights from the UK are noticeably cheaper. A good choice for first-time pilgrims, elderly travellers and families with young children.

2nd Ashra

The middle ten days sit between the two extremes. Prices and crowds are higher than the first Ashra but still well below the final ten nights. Many pilgrims choose this window to avoid the peak while still spending a good part of Ramadan in Makkah and Madinah.

3rd Ashra

The final Ashra carries the greatest reward and the greatest demand. Expect the Haram to be at full capacity for Taraweeh and Qiyam, and plan to arrive at the mosque several hours before each prayer. If this is the window you want, book early; it is the first to sell out every year.

Ramadan 2027 falls in February, which means mild UK weather on departure, temperatures of around 25–30°C in Makkah, and no clash with the UK summer holidays. It also sits a few weeks before the UK Easter break, so pilgrims who want a longer trip can combine the last Ashra with Eid in Makkah. How Much Does Ramadan Umrah Cost from the UK?

Three factors move the price:

1. Timing within Ramadan. Hotels and airlines raise rates as the month progresses, which is why the 3rd Ashra costs more than the 1st in every category.
2. Hotel category and distance from the Haram. A 5 star hotel a few minutes' walk from the mosque will always cost more than a 3 star hotel served by a shuttle.
3. Room occupancy. Our prices are based on shared rooms. Twin and single occupancy are available at a supplement.

Are Suhoor and Iftar included?

Yes. Every Ramadan package on this page includes daily Suhoor and Iftar arrangements for the full length of your stay in both Makkah and Madinah.

Can women travel for Umrah without a mahram?

Saudi rules now allow women to perform Umrah without a mahram. Many women travel in groups or with family, and we can arrange ladies-only or family-shared accommodation on request.
